This traditional Istrian stone house has been located just outside of the village Čabrunići, away from noise and traffic and surrounded by nature and greenery. It has an indoor area of 200 square meters and a fenced yard of 1620 square meters.

It is located 20 km away from Pula and its famous Arena, 12 km from the Pula airport, and 10 km from Brijuni islands.

The house has been completely renovated in 2022. It is categorized with 4 stars and is fully equipped to accommodate 8 (+2) people.
The house has a roomy ground floor which consists of one bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, stairways, a separate toilet for the guests including the storage and separate freezer, and a bright and roomy living room with two glass doors that lead to the pool area, and also a big semicircular window which has a view at the outdoor pool and green garden.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, filter coffee maker, water heater, toaster, built-in oven, induction hob, built-in fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, and a wine fridge). The integral part of the kitchen is also a freestanding bar and a table for 8-10 people).
Upstairs there are three rooms, each with a separate entrance.
Two rooms are equipped with a double bed, with dimensions of 180x200, and one room is equipped with two beds, with dimensions of 90x200. Each room has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, sink with a mirror, bide, and toilet. The living room and all the rooms are equipped with an LED TV and air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and regarding the heating, there is also an electric central system and underfloor heating.
The baby cot is available on request. The built-in safe is located in one of the bedrooms.
The yard is fenced with walls and plants which provide guests with complete privacy. There is also an outdoor overflow pool, with dimensions of 5 x 12 m and a depth of 1,5 m, with a sunbathing area and the roofed patio with an outdoor kitchen that is equipped with an induction hob, a sink, a big built-in fridge, and a wood grill, and also with the table for 12 people. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and another room with a washing machine. The terrace and an area around the pool contain 8 deck chairs, 3 parasols, and an outdoor sofa set with the table.
The swimming pool is available to guests from the period of 1st of May to the 31st of October. Swimming pool heating is available on request.
